Terms of Service
Rules and terms governing the use of the MealMake marketplace platform for customers and cooks.
1. Platform Nature
MealMake ApS operates a peer-to-peer marketplace facilitating in-home private cooking sessions between independent certified home cooks and local hosts.
MealMake is neither a food delivery courier service nor a cloud kitchen. All meals are prepared inside the customer's private home kitchen.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings become binding upon cook confirmation.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a 100% full refund.
Platform fee is DKK 9 per booking plus a 15% platform service take-rate.
3. Liability & Code of Conduct
All cooks must hold a valid Fødevarestyrelsen hygiene certificate and adhere to our strict Code of Conduct.
Hosts must provide a safe, sanitary, and functional kitchen environment.
