Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

More than 24 hours before session: 100% full refund, including booking fees.

Between 12 and 24 hours: 50% refund to compensate the cook for reserved calendar time.

Less than 12 hours: Non-refundable unless due to verified medical emergency.

If a cook must cancel due to illness, you receive an immediate 100% refund plus a 50 DKK courtesy credit toward another neighborhood cook.

You can reschedule a session with your cook for free up to 18 hours in advance through the Messages console.
